What is changing?
The Willow Practice will soon be moving from AskmyGP to Accurx for our GP triage service.
The new system, introduced by NHS Lanarkshire aims to make the patient experience easier as it joins everything up and includes an easy-to-use text messaging system.
How will I access it?
From the front page of The Willow Practice website, click on the Contact us online banner (Accurx), this will take you to an easy-to-complete form. Complete the form and submit it as before.
Accurx triage will go live on 12th February 2026
