Chronic diseases
All patients with chronic disease (including heart disease, high blood pressure, previous stroke, COPD, asthma, epilepsy) are invited to make an appointment to attend for annual review. Please make an appointment during the month of your birthday with the practice nurse.
Diabetics clinic
All diabetics will be invited to attend for 6 monthly review.
Family planning
Friday 1.30pm – 3.30pm at Viewpark Health Centre
Psychologist – Dr E Millings
Referrals to Dr Millings are made by the GP.
Tuesday or Thursday 16.30 – 19.30
Well woman
At various times – please book.
Cervical smears
Every 3 years all women aged 25 to 49 years will be reminded by computer recall to attend for cervical smears. Ladies aged 50 to 64 will be recalled every 5 years.
