Once you have registered with the Willow Practice, repeat prescriptions can be ordered using our on-line Repeat Prescription Service.
To order Special Request medication use AskmyGP.
To make a request for repeat medication please use any of the following methods:
- Click here to order your repeat prescription online via Vision Online (Register for the online service by downloading the form here and emailing the form to willowpractice@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk)
- Vision Online forms can also be collected and handed back in to reception
- Prescriptions can be ordered by phone, fax, e-mail, in person at the front desk or by using tear off slip from the GP10 form
- Telephone between 11am and 6pm stating the name of the patient and the medicine required
- A prescription will take 48 hours from the time of ordering to production
- If you are ordering by post, please tick the items required and enclose a S.A.E.
