Important Patient Notice – Prescription Request Processing Time is Changing

From 27 Feb 2026, our processing time for prescription requests will change from 48 hours to three working days

This change allows our clinical and administrative teams to review and issue prescriptions safely and efficiently.

Please note:

  • Allow three full working days for your request to be processed
  • Requests made after 4pm count as being received the next working day
  • Weekends and bank holidays are not working days
  • We kindly ask all patients to request medication in advance to avoid delays.
